Areas impacted include:
San Dimas, Diamond Bar, Glendora, Baldwin Park, Azusa, Montebello, West Covina, Hacienda Heights, Irwindale, East Los Angeles, Temple City, Covina, El Monte, Monterey Park, La Puente, San Gabriel, Pomona, La Verne, Arcadia, and Walnut.
