Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, 80, is undoubtedly one of the biggest rock icons in music history. The fact that he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth 22 years ago, becoming Sir Mick, says it all.
Jagger co-founded the Rolling Stones with Brian Jones (guitar), Charlie Watts (drums), and Keith Richards (guitar) in January 1962. Watts passed away in the summer of 2021, and Jones has long since left the band.

Today, the band consists of Jagger, Richards, 80, and bassist/guitarist Ronnie Wood, 76, and they still sell out huge arenas worldwide. Last year, the band released their first full-length album with new material in 18 years: the critically acclaimed “Hackney Diamonds,” which they have since toured with. On the album, the group collaborates with other world-renowned artists with a similar level of fame as them, such as Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, and Elton John. On the song “Sweet Sounds of Heaven,” Lady Gaga provides backing vocals.
For over 60 years, Jagger has been one of the world’s most famous artists, which has also led to his private life being in the spotlight.
This is partly due to his large family. Jagger has eight children: his eldest daughter Karis Jagger was born in 1969, and his youngest son Deveraux was born in December 2016.
